The semi-automatic packing machines or linear weighers normally consist of vibrating channels, which feed the weighing buckets with the product. After the measured weight in the bucket reaches the set value, the vibrating channel stops giving time for the bucket to unload the dose to the packaging machine or other equipment.

Single Head

Single head semi-automatic machines are the best for small business units to start with low cost packing machines. These machines can fill 4-6 pouches per minute with which one can cater a demand of 2000-3000 pouches a day.

Four Head
